Cali Condors, ISL Season 3

Sole content creator for the International Swimming League champions across two European hubs: team features, athlete portraits and match-day packages, turned around on deck.

For ISL Season 3 I was the Cali Condors' one-person content department: Naples, then Eindhoven, producing, shooting, editing and delivering daily for the team, the athletes and the league feed. The roster included Olympic champions; the schedule included two matches a week.

The constraint

Windows between events were short and the pool was shared with a broadcast crew. Anything that needed a setup did not happen. The kit was handheld, the pipeline was built so a feature shot in the morning could be on the team's channels by the evening session.

Season features

Two team features from Naples: kinetic on-deck coverage, quick athlete beats, layered crowd audio, cut to keep the pressure of a match in the edit. The second episode became the channel's training-philosophy teaser.

Athlete pack

A set of Instagram-native portrait videos (Coleman Stewart, Erika Brown and Leonie Kullman, Kathrin Demler, Olivia Smoliga) built on one rhythmic template with personalised B-roll for each athlete, so the team could keep publishing in a consistent franchise style after the season.

What shipped

  • Two season features and a channel teaser for YouTube
  • Athlete reels, posts and an IGTV compilation
  • Daily match-day packages for team and league channels
