• Kona, October. Photo and video at the world championships with a pro triathlon team. Nothing shot yet; the first frames land here afterwards.
• deBoer. The storefront is live and the team programs are running. The monitor keeps watching it so I do not have to.
• Notes. The first five drafts are written: rate-limit-aware monitoring, median baselines, scripting Resolve with an agent, the STYLE.md contract, and the Shopify App Proxy pattern. They go out as they get checked.
• SwimPass. Open-water conditions for 59k spots, iOS and watchOS.

Saying yes to

• Films for sport and endurance brands, and the systems behind them.
• Coaching tools and training analytics for athletes and teams (tooling only; your data stays yours).
• One bespoke site or edge system at a time.

Not right now

• Anything that wants a showreel first. There is not one yet; watch a film instead.
• Charitable and community work is on the list.
